by On Wednesday evening, the 2024 Solheim Cup players gathered at the Smithsonian American Art Museum in Washington, DC, for the event’s opening gala.
While the European team wore matching cream-colored outfits, the American team showed off their individual style in a range of dark dresses.
The 19th edition of the Solheim Cup will be held September 13-15 at Robert Trent Jones Golf Club in Gainesville, Virginia. The Americans have not won the competition since 2017, but lead the series overall with a 10-7-1 record.
