On Wednesday, ESPN reported, citing sources, that Chelsea would pay Pochettino and his assistants, Jesús Perez, Miguel d’Agostino and Toni Jimenez, receive most of their compensation in monthly payments, extending through June 2025.
The Argentine player is expected to take a significant pay cut, with his new annual salary estimated to be around $6 million, according to ESPN. The report also highlights that the USSF has appealed for donor support for Pochettino’s salary.
