There are many records in golf that seem like they can never be broken. The record for most cuts made on the PGA Tour of all time seems to be one of them.
That number is 592. The golfer who made that many cuts played in nearly 800 events.
With many of today’s big names competing in 21 or 22 events a year, well, you can start crunching the numbers in your head to see that it would take some longevity to threaten the total cuts being made.
